This is an excellent opportunity for someone fluent in Portuguese / Spanish, and English who is eager to develop their career in a supportive and fast-paced automotive sales environment. As a key team member, you will guide customers through the entire sales process—from initial contact to final purchase—delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online leads in Portuguese, Spanish, or English Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options Conduct test drives and explain financing and warranty options (training provided) Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales leads using CRM software Perform follow-ups with prospective clients to close sales Work collaboratively with the Finance, Service, and Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction Assist with inventory presentation and showroom organization Participate in cold calling and other lead-generation activities as needed

Qualifications:

Fluency in Portuguese / Spanish , with strong English communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Professional phone etiquette and follow-up skills Full-time availability, including Weekends Positive attitude and a proactive, team-oriented approach
