In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive. Key Responsibilities Ensure the front lobby remains clean, organized, and well-stocked to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers. Warmly welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a professional and helpful experience. Schedule and confirm estimate appointments, coordinating efficiently with the shop’s workflow. Add opportunities received from the insurance company to the management system to track upcoming estimate appointments. Collect and input essential customer and vehicle details for both walk-ins and scheduled appointments. Provide customers with clear and timely weekly updates on their vehicle’s repair status. Review vendor statements to verify accuracy and ensure alignment with our financial management system. Handle credit card batch reports and check deposits Track outstanding payments, proactively following up with customers and insurance companies to facilitate timely collections. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in customer service, accounts receivable, call center, or administrative roles preferred Ability to handle high volume of calls and emails daily. Possess strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and collections. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Preferred Qualifications Experience in collision repair, automotive service, or insurance industry is a plus Familiarity with accounts receivable and collections procedures.
