Tiger Home Inspection currently has a position available in our Customer Service Department. Tiger Home Inspection is a leader in providing quality home inspection services. This is a Part Time night and weekend position . Responsibilities include answering high call volume, scheduling appointments, customer inquiries, customer complaints, sales, and all phases of customer service. Qualifications/Requirements Telephone skills Able to multi task Basic computer proficiency. Punctuality and reliability are a must. Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with clients and co-workers. Basic knowledge of the geography of Massachusetts and Rhode Island helpful but not required
