Customer Service Representative ( Parts sales ) Premier Equipment, Inc 43 South Maple Street, Bellingham, MA 02019 Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our parts department team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service with our parts department team. Duties
- Interact with our customers and team to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests for parts.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with our customers and team and work to establish a positive rapport
- Accurately identify components in parts manuals.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Proactive order planning with the sales team.
- Keep records of team interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with all employees across departments as needed
- Maintain brand image as required.
- Work with team on any onsite interdisciplinary duties as needed. Skills
- Strong background in sales and customer service
- Experience in parts lookups including automotive.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with our customers.
- Accurate and organized documentation.
- Confident multitasker
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Quickbooks.
- Valid Drivers license.
