Duties Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize computerized systems for data entry and management of customer information. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and customers. Analyze customer needs and communicate effectively to provide tailored Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Experience Previous experience in customer support or service roles is highly desirable. Proficiency in data entry and computer systems is essential.
