Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This role combines administrative tasks with direct customer interaction and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated customer records Generate customer invoices and post payments Reconcile customer accounts and assist with billing questions Run reports and support general administrative duties
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems Previous experience in customer service, billing, or administrative support is preferred
