This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a hotel or resort environment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including processing payments and managing reservations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Maintain guest relations by following up on special requests or issues during their stay. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby areas. Skills Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests over the phone. Experience in guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is an asset. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Familiarity with hotel management software and night audit processes is beneficial. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
