Customer Service Rep 3R Plumbing and Mechanical Hanover, MA 02339 Are you helpful, communicative, and detail-oriented? Do you have a positive and upbeat demeanor? If YES, then a job as a full-time Customer Service Rep could be right for you! 3R Plumbing and Mechanical in Hanover, MA has an opening in our office for someone to speak with our customers and help them with their needs. This position earns $18.00
- $30.00/hour and generally works a standard schedule from Monday
- Friday, 7:30 am
- 4:00 pm .

QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service experience Computer proficiency and experience with MS Word and Excel
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
In this role, you speak with customers, answer their questions, and leave a positive impression on every person who contacts our office. You answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and inform potential customers about our services. When appropriate, you also follow up with customers to ensure they’re happy with the work we perform and to encourage them to choose us again in the future.
