Call Center Representative – Customer Service Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current CallCenter Representative – Customer Service job in Brockton, MA. Thisis for a long-term temporary opportunity. As a Customer ServiceRepresentative you will interact with customers via telephone toprovide information, process transactions, and reply to inquiriesabout products and services. Responsibilities for this Call Center Representative – CustomerService job include:

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls with varying degrees ofquestions or concerns
• Keep record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries,complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Use computer system to track, gather information, and/ortroubleshoot the items raised by the customer
• Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company whilemaintaining high level of customer service
• Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call centerdepartment or supervisor for further investigation

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of call center experience required
• Exposure to a healthcare environment preferred
• Candidate must be able to sit for the majority of their shift
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, anddiplomatic matter
• Computer literate – Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
• Able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Pay for this position is $12.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This isa long-term temporary opportunity.
