Customer Service Representative Bay State Specialty Co. 101 Charles Eldridge Rd, Lakeville, MA 02347 About us Bay State Specialty Co. is a small, family owned business in the promotional products industry.

Customer Service Representative Duties:

• Handling all customer inquiries including customer complaints by responding to customer questions and concerns by phone and email.
• Providing customer with accurate and helpful information about the products and printing services we offer.
• Processing daily transaction such as entering purchase orders, processing changes to orders, cancelling of orders, shipping changes, and managing returns for credits.
• Problem resolution by working with customers to resolve issues and concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships by fostering loyalty and maintaining a positive company reputation through excellent service.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in time management, organizational, and administrative skills
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication techniques
• Basic math skills for handling handling customer orders.
