We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Trading Services Representative to join our BNY Wealth team. This role is located in Boston – HYBRID. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Provide support in the execution of trading services to money managers, advisors and internal employees.
Train on the different systems used by those serviced.
Responsible for developing pricings for order based on a variety of defined procedures and acts as an escalation point for issues with trade systems.
Collaborate across internal teams in order to resolve complex system errors.
Ensure trades are recorded properly and raises flags when breaks arise between trade desks and back offices.
Highlight trends in trade breaks to resolve broader issues.
Respond to the most complex issues regarding client experience and guides less experienced staff in error resolution.
Handle complex internal and external clients inquiries and complaints.
Deliver reports on steps required to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrences.
Develop account reports To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelors degree preferred
0-3+ years of total work experience preferred.
