A well-established healthcare organization in Andover, MA isseeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its growing team.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position paying $24/hour, withhours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is 100%in-office in Boston. The company, which operates a nationalpharmacy service for injured individuals, is expanding its newlyformed customer service division and offers a dynamic workenvironment with opportunities for growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and facilitiesusing pharmacy services Manage inbound and outbound calls withprofessionalism and empathy Resolve patient concerns in real-timeby coordinating across internal teams Educate patients on theirmedication regimen and delivery process Track and follow up ondelivery statuses to prevent medication access disruptions Ensurecompliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations Document allinteractions and resolutions thoroughly Contribute to patientsatisfaction initiatives and service improvement efforts
CandidateQualifications:
Experience in customer service, preferably in acall center or healthcare setting Strong communication skills andthe ability to multitask effectively Familiarity with CRM systems,softphones, and call center tools Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcaredata privacy standards Tech-savvy, organized, and able to remaincalm under pressure Passion for helping others and contributing topatient care outcomes Qualified and interested candidates areencouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
