The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our computerized systems. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new services. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Utilize phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for customers and enhance their experience. Assist multilingual customers by providing support in their preferred language when applicable. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in data entry and comfortable using computerized systems for record keeping. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
