Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information about services. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. Utilize office software and tools to document interactions and manage customer accounts effectively. Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Skills communication with a diverse clientele. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation. Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating the ability to handle various customer interactions professionally. Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and best practices for effective communication. Competent in using computerized systems for client services management and record keeping.
