Hours:

Part-time, as needed | Approx. 4 hours/day, 20 hours/week

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking dedicated and professional Benefit Educators to represent Express Scripts, a division of The Cigna Group, at client benefit fairs across designated geographic areas. This is a part-time, on-call position with no guaranteed hours . The role involves traveling locally to client sites to distribute promotional materials , answer questions about pharmacy benefits , and represent the brand professionally .

Key Responsibilities:

Attend client benefit fairs within your assigned region Greet attendees and proactively distribute flyers and promotional materials Answer high-level questions about Express Scripts’ pharmacy benefits Attend required annual training and individual client briefings at least 48 hours prior to each event Dress in professional attire and maintain a polished, customer-facing demeanor Complete a post-event questionnaire following each fair Be available for occasional last-minute assignments Travel within a 120-mile radius with reliable personal transportation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous customer service or client-facing experience preferred Comfortable presenting and speaking in small group settings Familiarity with benefits and insurance-related information Ability to ask probing questions and engage meaningfully with fair attendees Must live within a 120-mile radius of one of the specified locations Must possess reliable personal transportation and willingness to commute
