About Us:

Join our team and serve as the friendly face of Community Boating! As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive experiences for our guests by ensuring excellent service, seamless transactions, and timely assistance.

Schedule and Availability:

Summer only position (June 16th-August 26th) Shifts are typically in the morning during the week and morning and/or evening on weekends .

Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor, and provide prompt and courteous service. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Answer and manage business phone lines and monitor email communications. Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email with accurate information. Escalate guest requests and complaints to the appropriate person as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Adhere to company policies and standard procedures. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the shift supervisor.

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills.

Strong communication skills:

ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Proficiency with computer systems, business phones, and radio equipment. Experience working in retail and/or handling monetary transactions using a point-of-sale system is a plus. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma. Flexibility to adapt to a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
