Parkway Automotive is looking to hire an experienced Automotive Service Advisor. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills with a proven track record for selling customer-pay work in a fast-paced environment. The Service Advisor must fully understand the sales process involved with advising service customers about how to properly repair and maintain their cars.

RESPONSIBILITIES

include but not limited to: Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations. Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards. Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures. Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Honda and Acura experience is a plus. Must fully understand the sales process involved with advising service customers about how to properly repair and maintain their cars. Must demonstrate expertise in developing relationships and providing excellent CSI scores. Must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time.

$75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
