Business Title Senior Client Success Associate Role Summary The Senior Client Success Associate will be a key member of the Client Success team, reporting directly to the Manager, Client Success. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of complex advertising campaigns for epocrates’ mid-tier pharmaceutical clients, ensuring strategic alignment, compliance, and measurable results. Essential Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical clients and/or agencies, managing daily campaign activities across multiple tactics. Expectation to travel regularly (up to 25%) to meet with agency and media clients, cultivating and nurturing relationships to ensure on-time delivery, campaign success, and strategic alignment. Lead kick-off meetings, weekly status updates, and all direct client communications. Develop and maintain detailed project timelines that incorporate clients’ Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) processes to ensure all deliverables are met and campaigns are launched on schedule. Oversee revenue forecasting and fulfillment for the assigned book of business. Support the Client Success Manager in managing complex, top-tier accounts’ daily deliverables. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure client deliverables are met efficiently. Collaborate closely with internal operations, product, and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve potential issues promptly. Act as the first escalation point for campaign setup, fulfillment, revenue, or workflow concerns. Additional Job Responsibilities Participate in projects or initiatives aimed at enhancing products, services, or internal processes. Contribute ideas and support organizational changes to foster continuous improvement. Education & Experience Required Bachelor’s Degree required. 3-5 years of professional experience. Minimum of 3 years in Digital Advertising Account Management, Project Management, or Client Success. Pharmaceutical industry and healthcare knowledge strongly preferred. Experience with ad tech platforms and project management software is a plus. Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, accountable, and results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and project management skills. Knowledge of marketing-related creative processes (agency experience, especially within pharma, is a plus).
