Call Center Representative 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 1 East Main Street, Northborough, MA 01532 The Call Center Representative will support Passion Dental’s offices by maintaining access to care through efficient scheduling. They will make outbound calls, answer phone calls, and fulfill new patient appointment requests while sustaining high levels of customer service. Call Center Representatives report directly to the Call Center Manager and Call Center Team Leader. Full training offered. Call Center Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Participate in the scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure voicemails are checked and patient calls are returned promptly.
• Monitor and fill office schedules as needed.
• Utilize office’s recall and quick-fill lists to schedule/reschedule patient appointments appropriately.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Able to manage high call volumes. MS Office and call center equipment/software programs. Desire to exceed customer service expectations. Portuguese and/or Spanish Speaking is a must

$18.00 – $19.50 per hour
