Customer Service Gallo Moving & Storage, LLC 120 Quarry Drive, Milford, MA 01757 We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing information as well as setting and managing appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls Manage sales leads and salesmen schedules Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Skills Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
