Responsibilities Greet customers with a welcoming attitude. Communicate, professionally, and concisely with customers. Over time be able to provide product and solution consulting to customers. Assist both walk-in and call-in customers with inquiries and orders. Process multiple customer transactions quickly and carefully. Occasionally pick up small customer orders and possibly carry them to customer vehicles as needed. Requirements Experience in customer service is important. Experience in computer order & data entry is important. A great attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and integrity are required. A high school diploma. Nice-to-haves Experience in customer service (1 year preferred). Ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
