Position Details Location:
Westborough, MA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00
PM Pay:
$20-$22/hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities Handle 5-10 incoming calls and emails per hour from customers requesting service. Respond promptly to voicemails and address inquiries or concerns professionally. Provide knowledgeable advice on spa care, maintenance, and product support. Assist in resolving service-related issues with the support of the service manager. Schedule service appointments and help coordinate technician visits. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. What We’re Looking For A proactive, customer-focused professional with strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy, service-driven environment. Prior experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus. #IND2
