Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a home remodeling company located in Northborough, MA. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers with post-installation service issues, gathering information, providing professional support, and routing cases to Service Advisors for resolution.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding post-installation service needs Document service issues accurately and thoroughly in CRM systems Provide empathetic and professional communication to ensure a positive experience Triage service concerns and hand off to Service Advisors for appointment scheduling Navigate computer systems while actively engaging in customer calls Resolve basic questions and concerns or escalate appropriately
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of customer service experience Proficiency with basic computer programs (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, phone software) Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment Ability to multitask between phone calls and data entry
Schedule:
The schedule is Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM. After training, there is the option of a
HYBRID REMOTE
schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Compensation:
