Job Description
Full-Time Customer Service/Order Processing 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Worcester, MA 01604 Since 1956 Doug Russell Marine has been a staple in the marine and boating industry. We’re located on Route 20 in Worcester and looking to add a motivated full-time member to our customer service team. As a customer service representative, you would be responsible for a variety of daily office tasks including:
- Online order entry
- Phone order entry
- Fielding customer service related inquiries (both online and via telephone)
- Qualifying phone calls and routing them accordingly
- Assisting other dept.
personnel as needed, such as sending faxes, returning calls, and delivering messages to other department personnel The ideal candidate must be a team player who possesses a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and have a good background in customer service. Marine & boating experience is desired but not required. This is a full time position with the possibility for advancement into other roles for the right candidate looking for advancement.
