Required Qualifications:

• 1years of Client/Customer Service experience

PreferredQualifications:

• Previous experience in Financial Services/WealthManagement and/or closely related industry.
• While licensing ispreferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab willsupport employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding theSeries 7 and 63/66 licenses
• Ability to handle client needs withtact and diplomacy
• Outstanding written and oral communicationskills
• Experience working independently and effectively as partof a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilitiessimultaneously
• Ability to build and maintain goodcross-enterprise working relationships
• Basic understanding ofbrokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
