Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Specialist to join our team. The Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through outbound calling and data entry tasks related to wholesale cannabis. The ideal candidate should possess excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Fluency in Cannabis is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to deliver service information and support.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist in sales activities by promoting products or services.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette during all interactions.

Skills:

• Proficient in phone etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong command of English language.
• Ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with outbound calling procedures.
• proficiency in Excel is an advantage.
• Basic sales knowledge is beneficial.
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
