Client Service Representatives are the face of the Bank, working with their team to directly service Bank clients. This is an impactful position, both for the Bank and for your clients. The pay rate for this position will depend upon experience, with a minimum of $21; advanced placement (CSR II or Senior CSR) is possible for a well-qualified candidate! After thorough training, Androscoggin Bank’s Client Service Representatives perform a wide variety of service tasks including teller functions, opening new checking and savings accounts/services along with handling moderately complex transactions professionally and accurately. In this role, you’ll be responsible for understanding the financial needs of clients, and providing outstanding solutions-based service. You’ll create strong relationships with clients enabling you to provide them with personalized service, including recognizing other financial service needs such as mortgages, commercial loans and investment services, and referring those customers to appropriate banking specialists. Candidates for this position should possess exceptional customer service skills, a sales orientation and a high degree of accuracy in managing cash and following procedures. The ability to engage with business and individual clients in an engaging, professional manner is key to success, as is your ability to work well with your team of coworkers. This 20 hours per week, part time position will be located in Auburn and includes some Saturday mornings (rotating coverage) until noon. Requirements:
Solid experience in customer service and a sales orientation, and demonstrated success in accuracy with cash or data management. High school diploma or equivalent. Our preference will be for a candidate with previous success in a customer-facing banking position. But•even without experience, if you have a real spark, a professional demeanor, and an honest and easy ability to connect with people, we’d like to see you apply. We may train a strong candidate who is interested in a career in banking. High School Diploma or GED required. Some college coursework preferred.
