The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service and support while applying knowledge of payroll-related processes and regulations. The Customer Service Representative will thrive in this role by demonstrating accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to clearly communicate complex information. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Auburn, Maine. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: Assisting clients with inquiries related to payroll and related services
Explaining procedures and regulations in a clear and supportive manner
