necessary, checking POs and DNs and ensuring all stock released is invoiced correctly and delivered on time. 2 years exp with customer services
diploma/degree
experience in either sales
experience in either sales or soft collections will be accepted too but preferably non sales Telephonic and/or electronic support
Provide customer support with regard to the following modules:
Fixes Assets
General Ledger
Debtors
Vehicles
Parts
Service
Updating log with details on investigation
