Salary Range:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry, is highly desirable.

Provide high-quality service to customers, addressing their inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Problem Resolution:
Effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company insurance products to assist customers effectively.
Documentation:
Accurately log customer interactions and transactions.
Feedback Implementation:
Actively collect and report customer feedback for service improvement.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
