Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to joinour well-regarded and growing team.
If you dont have inbound serviceexperience but have been in roles where you have practiced customersupport, we will train you!
Often the first point of contact forcustomers, we are seeking a customer service professional who is adeptat engaging with customers. By joining our team, you will work alongsidecolleagues who are not just going to get the job done but will go aboveand beyond to delight our customers.
To be successful in this role, you are a professional problem solver bybuilding positive rapport and communicating appropriately with differentpersonality types. You are also a specialized consultant for all thingsCLYNK, guiding our customers through the process of recycling andredemption to help make their experience with us as successful aspossible.
Specifically, you will field calls and emails from customers and helpanswer questions about their account. In addition to helping individualmembers, you will also support our CLYNK to Give customers who execute avariety of fundraising activities on behalf of schools, 501(3)organizations, and groups of passionate people who unite for a cause andrely on CLYNK to make them successful. The devil is in the details whenit comes to recycling and redemption and therefore you need to have astrong ability to explain complex subjects in an easy-to-understand way.

Essential Functions:
- Receive, evaluate & answer incoming calls and digital communications in a timely and professional manner for both Spanish and English-speaking customers
- Able to work an assigned 8hr/day schedule between the hours of 8:30 am and 8:00 pm ET,weekend availability required
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide resolution; able to identify, properly document and resolve or escalate consumer complaints fully and accurately describes the issue to be resolved
- Accurately record key call and email details into CLYNKs Customer Service management system
- Applies knowledge related to CLYNKs services and more broadly details associated with State Bottle Bills to perform assigned duties
- Follows standard procedures as set by CLYNK Customer Service policies
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Assist with written translation and proofreading of documents as needed to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Performs other duties as the business requires

Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required strong written and oral communication skills in both languages. H.S. diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of progressively responsible Customer Service experience in a call center environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Displays strong written communication skills including the ability to personalize scripted information
- Excellent patience and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Abilit to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong computer skills including working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
