- City of Portland – Customer Service Representative
- Schedule is Monday Friday, 10:30 a.
m.-6:30 p.m.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Parking Division! This rolewill be responsible for greeting customers and providing directions andinformation to the public. The work will be done while handling constanttwo-way radio communications with field personnel and by answeringmultiple phone lines. Additionally, this role will issue permits, acceptand reconcile cash, check and credit card payments while maintainingreports from the database, and performing data entry of parking ticketsand permits.

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and data entry skills.
Experience answering phones in a work setting with multipledistractions.
Ability to operate a two-way radio.
Excellent computer skills including recent working knowledge of Word andExcel.
