Commercial Service Advisor – Day and Night shift Rowe Ford Sales 91 Main Street, Westbrook, ME 04092 Description of the role: Rowe Ford Sales is seeking a Commercial Service Advisor for both day and night shifts at our Westbrook, ME location. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and support in our commercial service department.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with commercial customers to provide service support Manage scheduling and follow-up with customers Communicate effectively with the service and parts departments Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process
Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service role Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work day and night shifts Knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus
Benefits:
