As a Customer Service Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include: Answer all incoming phone calls from customers in a professional and timely manner Listen effectively to customer inquiries and concerns, and quickly determine the appropriate course of action Use a script when communicating the next steps to customers (Insurance Vendor, Sales, Customer Care, Vendor for car parts, etc.). Understanding and striving to meet and exceed daily productivity goals while providing excellent and consistent customer service Collaborating with teammates on larger scale projects and initiatives Bring your skills and achieve success. (Required qualifications) 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center experience preferred Excellent verbal/written communication skills Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to pass a background check and drug test, per applicable state laws
Education:
High school diploma or GED Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds Bring your work ethic and gain stability.
