The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner and assesses customer needs, providing specific information and assistance to ensure needs are met.
Location•Customer Service Desk in the Atrium of the Malone Family Tower
Hours Monday•Friday, 5am-9am

High school diploma or GED preferred.
