Salary Range:
$75,000 to $110,000 per year Weekly Commission & Monthly CSI Bonus Opportunity! Lee Auto Mall in Westbrook seeks to hire an Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and offer excellent customer service Translate customer-reported problems to actionable repair orders for technicians to complete Provide cost estimates; communicate additional repair or service needs to the customer Create and close repair orders in the database management system Order necessary parts and double-check that they are delivered to technicians Provide timely progress updates to customers Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered Handle and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications:
1+ years of service advisor/writer experience Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Working knowledge and experience of automotive repairs and parts Strong communication skills Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize Proficient computer skills Reynolds or ADP experience is a plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Family-owned since 1936, Lee Auto Mall has grown to 14 locations statewide, employing over 400 people.
