Build and establish customer relationships with local service providers such as hotels, rental car companies, restaurants, etc. Maintain lobby appearance and keep snack and beverages stocked. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records. Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent face-to-face etiquette. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Flight tracking via online databases to ensure timely services. Perform other duties when assigned, or as necessary. Will be expected to work any of our 3 shifts as/when assigned Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays Skills Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office products. Negotiation and sales skills. Reliable multitasking skills. Must be 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license.
