This position is a full-time role with a four-day schedule that offers weekends off, full benefits, and the potential for a hybrid work from home/in-office schedule after the training period.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional internal and external customer service by performing order entry, stock checks, and other order processing functions courteously. Utilize computer skills to ensure accuracy when placing orders and back orders. Engage with customers and team members through phone calls, demonstrating effective communication and phone etiquette. Assist in data entry tasks and ensure timely follow-up on requests. Collaborate with team members during weekly departmental meetings to enhance customer support strategies and improve service delivery. Qualifications Strong communication skills and phone etiquette Proven experience in customer service and client support Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Familiarity with call center operations/outbound calling is beneficial, but not required

Schedule:

Four 10-hour days between Monday and Friday with weekends and either Tuesday or Thursday off
