GENERAL OVERVIEW
Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints. Assists the department in meeting quality and production standards. Responds to members, providers, group administrators and producers in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring acceptable service levels, metrics and/or performance guarantees are achieved.
