Wish to be part of a small company where your skills matter? Enjoy a challenge? A local family-owned company is seeking a retail coordinator. Position is part time Tuesday & Thursdays to a 40 hours Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5:00. The ideal candidate should also be flexible and willing to work 2 Saturday’s a month and picking up hours as needed to meet staffing needs. Applicant must speak fluent English, be able to lift 40 lbs, pre-employment criminal background check. Position duties includes but is not limited to: Answering incoming calls
Assisting customers
Managing the store
Sales of Wood, pellet and gas stoves, pellets, BBQ products, docks and hearth supplies.
Checking and replying to emails
Creating work orders, invoices and receiving payments.
Scheduling work assignments and jobs.
Confirmation calls
Locating and ordering service parts & supplies.
Stocking supplies and inventory
Cleaning and general organization
