Customer Service Representative 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Kennebunk, ME 04043 Are you an energetice person who thrives in fast-paced enviorments? Do you have great communication skills and are able to work independently as well as with a team? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work expiditing orders and delivery statuses; and work directly with customers, cell supervisors and production teams. The Customer Service Representative will work in the Kennebunk,ME area. This is a 1st shift opportunity with work hours from 8:30am – 5pm.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or email Maintain department spreadsheets Coordinating expedited orders with the cell supervisors and customers Coordinating with customers and cell supervisors regarding requirements for inhouse orders and processing Supporting customer survey requests Keeping track of WIP and lead times Generating WIP reports using QuickBooks Creating and sending formal quotes to customers General quoting from published price lists Requirments of a
Customer Service Representative:
High School Diploma. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Good people skills are a must as this position requires a lot of interaction between cell supervisors and customers Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate through a computer Passion for excellence in service and strong attention to detail. Self-Starter Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (some training provided) Strong organizational skills
Compensation of Customer Service Representative:
