Weirs Buick GMC is looking for a friendly, motivated, and tech-savvy team member to join our Business Development Center (BDC). If you’re comfortable on the phone and excited to learn new skills, this could be a great opportunity for you!
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who: Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service Is comfortable being busy on the phone making calls and texting with customers Works well in a team environment Stays organized and picks up on technology quickly Wants to grow into a long-term career
What You’ll Do:
Contact customers by phone, text, and email Respond to online leads and inquiries Create simple, personalized videos or vehicle walkarounds Keep detailed notes in our CRM system Help promote vehicles and dealership events
