Appointment Center Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers and potential leads; set appointments for sales representatives or direct calls as needed Make outbound calls to follow up on leads from various sources with the goal of booking appointments Enter customer information and appointment details into our system accurately and promptly Mail informational packets to customers prior to scheduled appointments Assist with general office tasks such as filing, copying, mailing, and texting Provide professional and friendly customer service, creating a positive experience for every caller Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operations

Appointment Center Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of customer service or call center experience Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills and ability to perform accurate data entry Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and follow company procedures Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required
