Customer Service Representative Summit Sales Group NH Sanford, ME At Sumit Sales Group, we believe that exceptional customer experiences are at the heart of every successful business. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and answer all questions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will also be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve wireless requests, and deliver outstanding support across multiple channels. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping us build long-lasting relationships.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions about wireless services they are eligible for Resolve customer issues efficiently, accurately, and empathetically Help customers with their sales order from start to finish Provide product/service information and assist customers in making informed decisions Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions for their account management Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues when needed Continuously strive to improve customer experience through feedback and proactive support

Qualifications:

Customer service experience (retail, hospitality or related fields preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and comfortable using wireless services A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help people
