Veterinary Customer Service Rep Biddeford Animal Hospital Biddeford, ME 04005 Join Our Team! Biddeford Animal Hospital is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become part of our dedicated and growing team. As a CSR, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients. From the first phone call to the final follow-up, you’ll help create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for both clients and their pets.

- Greeting clients and checking patients in
- Creating basic estimates for patients
- Answering phone calls and determining the urgency of the call
- Relaying messages to doctors and management
- Making appointments with an exceptional judgment of doctor and patient time
- Scheduling surgical procedures
- Keeping track of client flow and alerting clients when the doctor is running behind
- Checking patients out and processing payment transactions
- Accurate logging of all phone communications
- Calling clients with lab results, to check in on patients, and other calls as needed
- Making copies, sending/receiving faxes, sending and receiving emails
- Keeping the front office neat and organized
- Dispensing flea/tick/heartworm medication accurately
- Restocking retail shelves and pricing retail items
- Taking prescription requests and filling prescriptions as needed
- Cleaning the waiting areas after patient accidents (when safe to do so)
- Taking in fecal and urine samples
- Balancing register at the end of shifts
- Bringing food and medications to clients in the parking lot while curbside
