As A Call Center Representative You Will:
Provides professional customer service, and satisfactorily answers to customers queries and concerns De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support Calls clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies Researching required information using available resources Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies Assisting in the sale of customer memberships Must have the ability to multitask Must have good communication skills Must be willing to have flexible scheduling, nights and weekends availability
