Role:
As a Business Development Representative (BDC Rep) , you will play a key role in connecting with customers via phone, text, and email to set appointments for our sales team. You’ll be the first voice many customers hear and help create a welcoming, professional experience from the start.
Responsibilities:
Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and other customer requests promptly and professionally Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email to schedule showroom appointments Maintain contact with past and prospective customers Accurately update customer information in CRM Work closely with the sales team and management to maximize appointment show rates Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions
What We’re Looking For:
Strong phone and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes consistently Comfortable working with computers and CRM software Prior experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus — but we will train the right person!
