Job Duties:

Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding service questions- Majority of your day is spent on the phone Resolving Billing issues Resolving general customer concerns Communicating with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction Transferring calls to correct department if needed 100-190 calls per day is the goal (inbound/outbound) 2. Schedule Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5:00/5:30pm Fri 8am-5pm Must be available 1 to 2 Saturdays per month from 9am to 1pm
