Fancy & Funky Salon and Boutique, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or issues Provide information about products and services Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
