CTY, Missouri As aNetwork Customer Service Support, you will: Reviewing andinvestigating claims necessary to process under workers’compensation. Reviewing injury reports to determine appropriatemedical referrals. Assisting injured State of Missouri workers inscheduling and arranging medical examinations. Monitoring treatmentand processing payment of benefits Reviewing medical records andbills for casual relationships, reasonableness, and authorizedtreatment and then processing for payment within three weeks ofreceipt of bill and/or documentation Contact injured State ofMissouri workers within four business days of case assignment, inorder to review benefits and obtain additional informationCalculating benefits with accuracy and maintaining appropriatereserves in accordance with procedures established by the stateagency. Reviewing medical records, documenting files, and providingcopies for the Missouri Assistant Attorney General within two weeksof receipt. Ensuring temporary modified duty work slips aredocumented and provided to the state agency within 24 hours ofreceipt, to meet the established Early Return to Work programobjectives This is a full-time opportunity.

Pay Rate:
